Habitat For Humanity
Minnesota Catholic Daughters of the Americas Build with Habitat for Humanity
Minnesota Catholic Daughters of the Americas and Habitat for Humanity® International have developed a partnership to build homes and support the effort of a Habitat for Humanity house to be built within the state of Minnesota with an estimated annual grant of $10,000. The first build occurred in 2001 in Dilworth, Minnesota. We have built in Hibbing, Red Wing, Moorhead, Luverne, Owatonna , Fergus Falls and the 2009 build is occurring in Crookston.
The funding of this Catholic Daughter grant is made possible by the annual Gummi Bear fund raising project conducted by local Catholic Daughter courts throughout the state of Minnesota. Funds collected will be used for the 2010 build in Minnesota.
